OuiYo Rent is a marketplace that connects Renters and Vendors. The platform facilitates listings, messaging, bookings, and payments. OuiYo is not a party to any rental, is not responsible for pickup, delivery, or return of items, and is not a guarantor of payments between users, except as may be required by law or by our payment partners' rules.
Vendors are independent businesses or individuals. Renters contract with the Vendor for the rental. The platform may charge a service fee on transactions. See the full User Agreement for disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration, and other terms.
